What are your hours of operation?

We are open 8am to 5pm (PST), Monday to Friday. We may be accessible via Facebook Messenger after hours.

Where is HERO LOUPES® located?

We are located in Oakley, California, which is 1 hour east of San Francisco.

Are there any HERO LOUPES® Sales Reps in my area?

Due to the COVID situation, we have sales rep working remotely and limiting travels. We have streamlined our protocol to deliver services safely and conveniently. This consists of a Fit Kit that we send to our customer to obtain interpupillary distance and photos for measuring their prescription loupes. We plan to be more accessible thru conference and conventions in the near future. 

How do I try out your loupes?

Do you offer student or new graduate discounts?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for more info. 

If I want the Thru-the-Lens version but have the Flip Down currently, can I upgrade or exchange?

Yes, we have the option to upgrade your Flip Down loupes to a Thru the Lens during the 30 day period. There is no cost for the exchange.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on USPS, it can take as fast as 2 days to 1 week for delivery.

Does HERO LOUPES® ship to international addresses?

Yes, we are expanding internationally. Please contact us for more information and shipping quotes.

How do I stay in the "Loupe" with HERO LOUPES® and their new upcoming events or products?

Best way to stay in the "Loupe" with us is to sign up in our promotion and events window to be updated with upcoming announcements.

Will HERO LOUPES® be at my dental school or hygiene school as vendors?

Do you sell to active Military Doctors?

Yes, we have many customers who are in the military and we can formulate an invoice for you to submit to your department. 

How did HERO LOUPES® come up with the name?

We consider those working in the health field as heroes as well. Doctors save lives. Dentists save teeth and preserves our patient's health and chewing ability. Hygienists protect against gum disease. Dental Assistants are like side-kicks who help carry out the doctor's mission of saving teeth. The term HERO coincidentally stands for Health for the Hero, Ergonomic, Reliable, and Original Invention.
